A CTE Pre-apprenticeship prepares students for opportunities for postsecondary education and employment in an apprenticeship in a career field registered with ApprenticeshipNC. Student experience real-world application of technical skills, employability skills, and related education in an authentic workforce activity, evaluate and plan for a postsecondary career in the career cluster/pathway and gain the knowledge and skills for careers in the pathway of choice. This course requires 120 hours minimum on the job.
