Dublin Scioto High School – Fitness Trends
Mar 2026 · 2nd Semester
Students in this course will participate in a variety of aerobic activities, evaluate personal fitness levels, develop and track personal fitness goals, and demonstrate knowledge of nutrition and responsible eating plans. Activities may include, but are not limited to: low and high impact aerobics, circuit training, Pilates, core/stability work, jump rope, and jogging. Students will develop an understanding of the components of physical fitness and the benefits of an active lifestyle. Students will be able to track progress through the use of technology.
