Topics that will be covered include anatomy (skeletal and muscular systems), exercise physiology, energy systems, movement analysis, the physics of the human body and sports, skill in sports, and measurement and evaluation of human performance. This course is one year (SL) or two years (HL) in length and is intended to prepare students to complete all internal assessments and the corresponding IB exam. This course fulfills a Group 4 requirement for the IB Diploma. \*\*Offered only at Emerald Campus, travel required with transportation available.
