SCHEDULE FULL YEAR. Non-Varsity Modern Band will addressbasic skills in piano, guitar, percussion and/or music technology.Students will learn the fundamentals of music literacy,improvisation and song writing skills.Non-Varsity Modern Band Level 1 is designed for a 9-12th gradertaking his/her 1st year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Non-Varsity Modern Band Level 2 is designed for a 10-12th gradertaking his/her 2nd year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Non-Varsity Modern Band Level 3 is designed for a 11-12th gradertaking his/her 3rd year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Non-Varsity Modern Band Level 4 is designed for a 12th gradertaking his/her 4th year of a Modern Band ensemble course.Students are expected to complete projects which include out ofschool time for rehearsals and performances
