Credit: 1 unit Students develop an understanding and appreciation of music as a fine art through the study of varied music literature. Students build musical literacy through an examination of the interacting elements of music in response to music literature and music performances. Students develop knowledge and skills in musical response and relevance as they listen to, analyze, and evaluate music in relation to history, culture, and other content areas.
