After school rehearsals, performances, and/or instruction are a graded requirement of this course. The purpose of this course is to foster creative performances in ensembles through the study of highly varied appropriate literature as well as providing students with opportunities for leadership. The content shall include independent application of vocal balance, blend and stylistic interpretation. It provides for development of musical independence necessary for small ensemble performance and may include instrumental accompaniment and choreography. Costs and/or fees may be required.
