Adaptive P.E. activities will be conducted as prescribed by individual physician. An official written doctor's statement is required to replace the student's regular P.E. class. Whenever possible a regular P.E. program will be adhered to.
Prerequisites: Doctor's statement, school nurse and teacher's approval
