Provides structured work-based experiences (paid and unpaid) for students with disabilities to develop career awareness, soft job skills, and gainful employment. Activities include apprenticeships, job shadowing/sampling, cooperative education, school-based enterprises, clinical experiences, career awareness activities, college/industry tours, career exploration, internships, and instructional related activities.
Prerequisites: Student must be diagnosed with a disability and placed in the Special Education program; junior status or a minimum of 17 credits; minimum age of 17; good school attendance; no excessive behavioral infractions; must be concurrently enrolled in a CTAE/Pathway Course
