Coronado High School – Unified Theatre

Unified Theatre was created to provide more opportunities for students in general education and students in special education to collaborate creatively. Students in Unified Theatre select or create a story and adapt it into a 10-20-minute performance written specifically to match the personality, strengths, and ability level of each student in the class. Families and the rest of the school are invited to the performances that take place during the class period. We believe that Unified Theatre strengthens all individuals involved, on stage and in the audience, giving everyone a broader understanding of the human condition.
