Coronado High School – Intro to Weight Training

Under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, the beginning participant will learn the proper form and technique of exercises such as the bench press, row, overhead press, squat, deadlift, and cleans. Training will also consist of aerobic conditioning, agility and plyometric activity. This course is designed for the beginning lifter.
