Weights 3 will teach advanced methods of strength and conditioning with the use of free weights, dumbbells and high-intensity interval training. Specificity of sport will be included in the athletes’ daily training regimen. Participants must be a varsity athlete. Coaches may give a list of athletes to counselors for enrollment.
