Weight Training 2 helps participants build confidence in performing resistance-based exercises in the weight room. Under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, participants will learn the proper form and technique of exercises such as the bench press, row, overhead press, squat, deadlift, and cleans. The course is designed to accommodate all levels of ability from the beginning lifter to the most advanced lifter.
