Coronado High School – Introduction to Business

This course introduces the student to the world of business. It will provide students with an integrated view and appreciation of the business world as well as introduce the students to business terminology and concepts. This course develops student understanding and skills in areas such as business structures, business law, communication, customer relations, economics, financial analysis, human resources management, information management, marketing, operations, professional development, and strategic management. Through the use of activities and projects, students acquire an understanding and appreciation of the business world.
