The purpose of this course is to provide students with advanced training in cooking techniques and entrepreneurship in the catering business. Students will integrate their knowledge, skills and practices in food production, safety and sanitation, equipment and tools, food preparation, and entrepreneurship in catering. Students who complete Catering 1, 2 may be eligible for articulation credits at PPSC.
