Fitness and Conditioning II continues with Fitness and Conditioning I with special emphasis on achieving goals established in the personal fitness plan. Concepts of physical fitness, nutrition, weight control, and aerobic/anaerobic activities will be further studied. The purpose of this course is to enable students to acquire a more than basic injury regarding prevention foundation training, safety, nutrition, and benefits of physical activity, boot-camp conditioning, first aid, wound dressing seizures, sport injuries.
