Cordova High School – Theory and Harmony

This course will provide concentrated study in the fundamentals in creating and analyzing music. Laboratory study devoted to ear-training and keyboard proficiency is required. This is a continuation of Theory and Harmony which provides additional study in the fundamentals of music in creating and analyzing music such as triad inversions; dominant sevenths; secondary triads; and modulations as they apply to the eighteenth century.
