Cordova High School – Theatre Arts I: Introduction to Performing Arts

Introduction to Performing Arts introduces the student to other theatre courses. This course acquaints the student with all aspects of the theatre: imagination, acting, interpretation, competition, use of the voice, and career orientation. Students are involved in acting techniques, playwriting, directing, and technology associated with theatre production. Students are responsible for writing and performing original scripts.
