Cordova High School – Leadership Education and Training AJROTC 3

This course provides advanced-level instruction in the subjects taught in first and second year AJROTC. Emphasis is placed on how the various factors (communications, problem solving, decision making, planning and supervision) affect a cadets’ effectiveness as a leader. Cadets are given increased opportunities to demonstrate leadership skills in the Cadet Battalion organization.
