This course will provide additional instruction in creating, performing, listening to, and analyzing music. In addition, emphasis is placed upon technical development and authentic stylistic interpretation of band literature while developing analytical and critical skills. Public performances and participation in local festival activities with a level of difficulty of 3 to 4, on a scale of 1 to 6, will be used as part of assessment.
