Major Outcomes: Exploration of studio art at the college-level, Course is sponsored by the College Board, Students are expected to be able to work independently as an adult member of the class, Completion of a portfolio of three-dimensional related works focused on an inquiry-based investigation of material, processes, and ideas. Portfolio [exam] submitted to College Board for review in May. Course work will receive a separate grade from the teacher in addition to a rating from the College Board. Projects, Activities, etc.: Creation of a portfolio of artwork. Instructional Focus: Comparable to an introductory college course in studio art.
