Cosmetology Design and Color Theory Students will attain academic skills and knowledge as well as technical knowledge and skills related to cosmetology. Analysis of career opportunities, license requirements, knowledge and skills expectations, and workplace skills development are included. The student demonstrates professional standards/employability skills required by business and industry. The student applies academic skills to the field of cosmetology. The student demonstrates knowledge of the rules and regulations established by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). \* Must be a James Reese Technical Center student.
