Endorsement: Public Services This laboratory course concentrates on nutrition, food choices, and food management skills that may be applied to individual life and/or careers related to hospitality and tourism, education and training, human services, and health sciences. Instruction addresses dietary needs, safety and sanitation procedures, preparation skills applied in a laboratory setting, and career options.
