Prerequisite(s): Dance I; audition. performances may be required in venues ater school; this course will satisy the PE graduation requirement. Principles of Dance II/PE is a continuation of Dance I with an expanding dance curriculum that builds on dance technique, movement vocabulary, various choreographic skills, creative expression, musicality, and historical applications. In addition, students will learn to use their body as an expressive instrument in the creation and performance of a variety of dance styles and techniques.

Prerequisites: Dance I; audition.
