This is a foundation course that offers students theory and hands-on training to develop the technical skills needed in the everincreasingly complex automotive field. Students will receive training in safety, the use of technical manuals, computer diagnostic programs, and automotive tools and equipment. The instructor is a certified Master Automotive Technician who will prepare students for the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) exams in Engine Performance, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Suspension/Steering, and Brakes.
