This course is an introductory course to the basic sounds and structure of German language. It is designed for students who have chosen to examine German in greater depth and at a faster pace during their high school careers. This course is designed to lay the foundation for students planning to take the AP German exam. This course is a continuation of German I including further work on the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). The development of vocabulary and an increase in the complexity of grammatical structures are emphasized.
