Cherry Creek High School – Sports and Activity for Life

This course introduces students to the skills, rules, strategies, and concepts involved with recreational, team, and individual sports and activities. The games introduced in this class are played for fun or competition and can be enjoyed as lifelong activities. Activities in this class include but are not limited to: Basketball Football Volleyball Soccer Horseshoes Cornhole Spike Ball Softball Ultimate Frisbee Pickelball Tennis Frisbee Golf TEAM SPORTS (TSA) The following sports and activities are offered throughout the course of each semester. Students are exposed to the basic skills, strategies, fitness components, rules, and regulations of 4-5 of the following activities as facilities permit. Basketball Flag Football Volleyball Soccer Speedball Speed-a-way Frisbee Softball
