This is a required course needed for graduation credit at CCHS. Health includes discussions on current issues in health-related areas, such as, nutrition, physical fitness, diseases and disorders, mental health, stress management, first aid, human relationships, substance abuse and violence prevention. The class grade and evaluation is based on the students overall comprehension of the materials presented, assignments, projects, and unit assessments.
