Required: Student Leadership Application & Interview Peer Assistance and Leadership (PALS/Student Ambassadors) is designed for students to further develop and apply peer mentoring skills, communication skills and problem-solving techniques. PAL students will plan and facilitate leadership trainings, charity events, and community fundraisers. Students are selected through an application and interview process the prior school year.
