Celebration High School – Musical Theatre 1

This course is an advanced performance ensemble, a Show Choir, that will train and rehearse for various performances throughout the year. You will be building your skill sets from your foundation of previous experience in the disciplines of vocal performance, dance, and acting through daily training, workshops, masterclasses with outside professional performers, rehearsals and performances. We will study and perform pieces from traditional musicals, Pop culture music, and dip our toes in cultural dances. We will build our community on respect, support, and comradery. You will develop your leadership skills through projects and rehearsals, develop your self-care skills and physical health, and share your love of performing with your peers and our community.
