This course covers the function of the major automotive systems and the principles of diagnosing and servicing these systems. Students gain skill in the repair and maintenance of vehicle systems. This course teaches the theory of operation of automotive vehicle systems and associated repair practices. Students will have the opportunity to earn industry certification in multiple Automotive Service Excellence specialty areas. (Potential college credit) PREREQUISITE: Automotive Basics
