Cedar Ridge High School – Design/Methodology for Academic and Personal Success (MAPS)

This is an IB-MYP course which values communication, proactive problem-solving, self-determination, and independent thinking. Students will develop  the skills and strategies necessary  to make a successful transition into high school. The course emphasizes the effective use and application of technology as a means to access, process and communicate information; model and create solutions; and to solve problems. In addition, students will explore and experience collaboration as a tool for creative problem solving, develop respect for others’ viewpoints, and appreciate alternative solutions to problems.
