Catalina Elementary – JAPANESE 2

Prerequisite: Japanese 1 or Teacher Recommendation Japanese 2 provides students with a more intermediate language and its culture. The student will deepen their communicative skills in all 3 modes of communication and cross-cultural understanding, which were learned in Japanese 1. Emphasis is placed on proficient communication in the language. A more intermediate introduction to reading and writing is also included as well as culture, connections, comparisons, and communities.
