Students are introduced to the different facets of the mass communications industry, including journalism, advertising, and public relations, while developing skills in writing, storytelling, and strategic communication. Students investigate media literary, journalistic ethics, interviewing, photography, photojournalism, website design, graphic design principles, and career opportunities in the communications field. Students explore how to use Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for hands-on projects and real-world production, including print, digital and social media content.
