Carver College and Career Academy – College Transition

This is an elective course designed to provide students with the background and strategies that are the foundation for success, comprehension monitoring, critical thinking and independent living. SAT verbal preparation, critical reading and speed reading also will be included. This course is designed for publications students who are interested in holding senior editor positions. Students will continue production of the school year book including writing, copy editing, photography, layout and design and business management.
