Canton High School – Engineering - Computer Aided Design III

. Students will explore construction types, building codes, design concepts, and architectural history. Students will additionally participate in design challenges that provide real-world applications. Construction cost estimating, scheduling, and field management will be explored. Additionally, students will be required to participate in community meetings in planning and approvals. Projects will be graded on a rubrics based system and will focus on accuracy and quality. Qualifies for Applied Art or Applied Mathematics credit.
Prerequisites: Engineering - Computer Aided Design 2 Further developing 3D CAD/architectural skills, students will develop projects based on provided client input
