Canton High School – Advanced Video Production

. This course requires permission of instructor for enrollment. Please get a signature to enroll in the class and sign up for an audition in March. Students will be responsible for producing the school announcements. The students will learn media writing skills, location shooting techniques, meet production deadlines and develop professional presentation skills. They will also be responsible for taping and reporting of school extra-curricular activities. The students in the course will further develop editing skills using Apple editing programs, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Logic and DVD Studio Pro. Students interested in this course must be very independent and self-directed. Qualifies for VAPAA graduation requirement.
