The Information Technology Internship is a structured work-based credit-bearing coursethat is taken as a fourth unit in a three- or four-unit CTE completer program. Eachwork-based learning (credit-bearing) course has an assigned CTE course code. Theguidelines listed in the CTE Work-Based Learning Implementation Guide must be followedin order to award one Carnegie unit of credit upon successful completion of the course.This course will not count as the third unit in the three-unit completer
Prerequisites: Keyboarding proficiency and completion of two (2) CTEcourses/units within a program. This course will not count as the third unitfor a three-unit completer pathway nor a fourth unit in a four-unit completerpathway.
