This course is for serious art students who will work on independent ideas and projects tobuild a portfolio. A wide variety of media will be pursued, and each student will develop atheme." Students are expected to produce a quality of work that requires considerabletime beyond the classroom. The College Board determines the content of this course;therefore, the content must adhere to those requirements. Those who enroll in the coursemust submit a Drawing Portfolio in May. Students earning a passing grade for theirportfolio may receive college credit according to the grading requirements of theircollege or university.
