Individualized instruction provided by itinerant teachers who visit students at their home or hospital setting. Designed for students unable to attend their home school due to medical reasons. Curriculum adapted to each student's IEP and medical condition. Core academic subjects provided based on student's grade level and abilities.
Prerequisites: Student must be unable to attend school for medical reasons with anticipated absence of at least 15 days; must have physician documentation; must not endanger the health or safety of the teacher
