Students taking this class will learn advanced metalsmithing techniques which may include: stone setting, enameling, fold-forming, etching, and hollow-form soldering. With these skills they will create a body of portfolio quality work. Students will be encouraged to be both experimental with and inspired by current and historical examples of metal work in their search for personal voice and meaning. Prerequisite: Jewelry I
