(BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED AND ELITE) Cardio and core conditioning class emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. Focus is on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance to maximize performance and fitness. Additionally, students will monitor their fitness levels by participating in a fitness assessment throughout the semester.
