This initial course is the gateway to a career in business, marketing, and management. Students will gain an understanding of the role marketing plays in the global economy and its importance. Students will apply creative thinking skills in the areas of social media, selling, promotion, strategic market planning, product/service planning, and career exploration. Career related activities, projects, and work-based learning experiences are included, where possible.
