Only schedule non-MiCI students in this course. Students are introduced to basic culinary arts and services, sanitation and safety and employment opportunities. Students have the opportunity to rotate through all areas of employment in a commercial food establishment. Students gain hands-on experience in a preparation and customer retail service. Commercial Foods is geared toward students in the certificate program within center-based schools. \*\*\*Schedule Mild Cognitive Impairment (MiCI) program students in Essentials Functional Commercial Foods [A,B] (SY053GDS1,2).
