Breaking down the different functions of business management: Marketing, Product & Promotion, Distribution, Leadership Motivation, HR, Information Management and Operations. This course retains its concentration on the international aspects of business. By helping students to understand the how and why businesses choose to expand their operations into other countries. This course exposes students to the unique challenges facing firms doing business internationally.
