Arvada High School – CHORUS – Tenor / Bass

Vocal Ensembles - Tenor/Bass is intended to develop tenor and bass vocal techniques and the ability to sing parts in small ensemble or madrigal groups. Course goals may include the development of solo singing ability and may emphasize one or several ensemble literature styles. This class is especially geared for beginning voices, with an emphasis on good tone quality, correct posture and good breathing to support singing. Staging appropriate to the group will be developed in class for concert presentation. Singers are expected to focus on singing technique, musicianship and professional attitude. All concerts and other performances are required.
