ProStart II, students will continue to develop skills for the restaurant and hospitality industries. Students will refine their culinary skills in the area of cuisines of the world; potatoes, pasta, grains, baked goods, cakes, pastries, pies, meat, poultry, seafood, stocks and sauces.
