#Certification Opportunity: NOCTI Accounting Foundations This course receives a weighted GPA. In this second-year course, emphasis will be placed on partnerships, analysis of financial statements, and managerial and operational accounting. Students will formulate, interpret, and communicate financial information for use in management decision making. Students will also be expected to complete a research paper each semester and a project during the second semester which will be presented in an academic paper.
