It provides an opportunity for students to apply photojournalistic techniques as they work together to tell a story and/or communicate a message. Yearbook staff members have the unique ability to create a “book of memories” for people for years to come. Students will also create a variety of other projects/lessons when deadlines are not pressing that will directly enhance their ability to take better photos, layout design and edit photos. Deadlines are vital to this class. Teamwork is important to meeting those deadlines.
