Amador Valley High – Korean II (P)

One-year course. Open to grades 9, 10, 11, 12. Recommended: Grade of C or better in prior year English course. Meets the UC/CSU "E" Requirement for a Language Other than English. Korean II is designed for students who have successfully completed Korean I. This course will focus on the review of grammar and further development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Korean. Students will continue to learn the basic elements of Korean grammar and expand their communicative abilities to understand and produce a more complex level of oral and written language. Various aspects of Korean culture will be incorporated throughout the course.
