AP Music Theory is an academic-based course with an aural component tied to each topic. This course will cover topics such as musical terminology, aural skills, notation, rhythm and meter, scales, intervals, triads and seventh chords, cadences, non-harmonic tones, melody, texture, voice leading, modulation, and small forms and score analysis.
